DORCHESTER Town have agreed extensions to the deals of seven players for the 2024/25 season.

Will Spetch, Corby Moore, Jack Dickson, Olaf Koszela, Drew Eccott-Young, Luke Roberts and Luke Pardoe have all committed to the Magpies.

Dorchester have swooped early to ward off any interest in the septet, who have all played key roles at the Avenue Stadium this season.

Spetch, who has missed the final six games through suspension, has weighed in with seven goals in 27 appearances since coming across mid-season from Poole Town.

Fellow ex-Dolphin Moore will also line up for the Magpies next term, having played 36 games in the engine room and provided a catalogue of assists, notably from corners.

Jack Dickson, the final member of the trio that began the exodus from Poole last August, has scored twice in 27 matches for his new club.

Pardoe, who left Poole later in the current campaign, has scored twice in 10 contests, including the winner at Hayes & Yeading.

Part of a youthful back line this season and showing his versatility on the right side of defence, Eccott-Young successfully made the step up from Hamworthy and stays for his first full season after 23 appearances.

Koszela’s retention will be popular with a vocal Magpies backing who affectionately nickname the striker ‘The Polish Machine’.

The ex-Torquay forward has recorded eight goals in 37 matches this season, including a memorable hat-trick against Merthyr.

And rounding off the seven is Roberts, a signing made with the future in mind as he continues his comeback from a serious knee injury. He has been restricted to four substitute appearances.
