You can't always blame the car drivers. I have had so called cyclist wobble in and out of me, they go so slow and wobble going up a hill rather than get off there bike and let all the traffic behind them pass. I have had cyclist nearly run me over on a pedestrian path while walking my dogs, rather than use the cycle lane. In Weymouth there is a stretch of path near the sea where it clearly states in very large letters no Cycling but they still do weaving in and out of adults and children. They do not seem to know where their bell or brakes are and some cannot read. I think any device with wheels that goes on the road should take a test and pay like drivers of cars are required to by law.
