MICKY Greeno claims that Weymouth owe it to the fans to put in a good performance and deliver a home win when they entertain St Neots Town on Saturday (3.07pm).

The Terras, along with some avid away support, have covered more than 400 miles on the road over the last week but have failed to pick up a point in their last two outings.

Greeno, part of Jason Matthews' backroom staff, told Echosport: “We have to put a good performance on for the fans because it has been a tough old season for them with a lot of ups and downs for everyone at the club.

“The away following we have is superb, they travel everywhere, and hopefully we can put on a decent show for them back at home on Saturday.

“We are much better than how we performed on Tuesday night and it was the first time we lost our discipline, but they are young lads and we will pick things up and go again.”

Scott Walker, pictured, is doubtful for tomorrow’s encounter after he suffered a recurrence of an ongoing groin problem.

But defender Charlie Holland is set to be involved once again having recovered from the cut to his head suffered at Hungerford last week.

Visiting St Neots will be buoyed by their midweek escapades after capturing the Red Insure Cup with a 1-0 aggregate win over Tiverton.
