JOAN MULLINS Dennis, Diane, Sue, Liz, Claire and Alison wish to express our sincerest and heartfelt gratitude to immediate and extended family and friends for the outpouring of love, care and concern following the very sad loss of our dearest mum Joan. We specially wish to acknowledge the exemplary and compassionate care shown by all the staff at Weymouth Care Home. As well, we are grateful to very close family and friends who supported mum during the many months of her prolonged illness and to Dr Gerard Phillips and the staff at Ilchester Ward, Dorset County Hospital. We are indebted to our dear friend Rev'd Bob Damer for his moving and personal tribute at the Service held at Radipole United Reformed Church and to Sam Wilding at Rose Funeral Service for his sensitive and professional expertise in overseeing the funeral arrangements. Grateful thanks to all who have sent donations to Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and the N.S.P.C.C. in memory of Joan. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.

MINTERNE ALFRED JOHN (JACK) (A.J Minterne Insurance Consultant) Passed peacefully away at Swindon Hospital on 16th December aged 86 years. Jack is now reunited with his beloved first wife Vera. Dearly loved Dad of Sandra, Rosalyn and Julie and his sons-in-law, Terry, Nigel and Nick, also dearly loved Grampy to James and Gemma. Survived by his dear second wife June and her children. Bryan, Fleur and Gaye and their families. The funeral service will take place at Semington Crematorium on 24th December at 1.45pm. DOROTHY (DOT) CLAYTON Passed away peacefully in Poole General Hospital after a short illness on 18th December 2009, aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Alf, much loved mum to June and Brenda and mother-in-law to Peter and Bill. Dot will be greatly missed by all great grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, friends and loving companion Jodie.
