Sam's family would like to thank all those who sent their condolences or attended his funeral and contributed £327 to RNLI funds. Special thanks to the staff at John Talbot Ward and the Doctors at
the Bridges Surgery for all their care and to all those who gave support to Sam through his many years of disability particularly Fleetline Taxis (particularly Gerry) and all his friends at the
Labour Club who are too many to mention individually. Thanks also to Ian Hobbs for conducting the funeral, Bob Little for piping the cortege so poignantly, the crew of Weymouth Lifeboat and Bobby
Gray for the moving and dignified scattering of Sam's ashes in Newtons Cove and Cotton & Son for their kindly assistance. Finally to Sam's special friends Micky Muncaster and Brian Hawker, a

CHRISTOPHER WARD
To my darling husband Christopher
In death you have left me but we will always share our love for each other, our hearts will always be as one.
We had such happiness, and now you have gone, such loneliness.
But we will always have our memories and those I will always treasure forever.
We had our dreams taken away from us, but at last you are free and able to dream again.
I will think of you often and I will never let our memories die.
Be at peace finally and sleep soundly with Seena.
I love you always and miss you dearly.
Goodnight and God bless
Your loving wife Tracy
