REG HAZELDINE Passed away peacefully after a short illness, on Wednesday 27th June, 2007, at the age of 61 in Weymouth Care Home. Loving husband of Diane and father of Chris. He will be sadly missed and always in our hearts and thoughts. Sweet dreams xxxx His funeral Service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium, on Wednesday 4th July at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations for 'Weymouth Care Home' may be sent to Cotton & Son, Milton House, 1 Milton Road, Weymouth, DT4 0AZ.
