HAZEL LYONS Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Monday 13th August 2012. Beloved Wife of Chris, Mother of Stephen, eldest daughter of Doreen Lloyd and Sister of Heather, David and Geoff. Funeral service at Weymouth Crematorium on Tuesday 28th August at 12:15.
