SYLVIA JACKSON Passed away peacefully on 4th November 2012 at Joseph Weld Hospice, aged 71 years, after a short illness. Beloved wife of Brian, mother of Andrew, Mark and Simon. Mother-in-law to Tracey and Nanny to Troy, Rebecca, Jemma and Carly. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Her funeral service will take place at Underhill Methodist Church, Portland on Wednesday 14th November at 10.30am. Followed by a private interment attended by the family. Family flowers only please and if desired donations can be made for Weldmar Hospicecare Trust, c/o Rose Funeral Service, 35 Shrubbery Lane, Wyke Regis DT4 9LY.
