ISALINE BEATRICE COLLINS “Izzy” Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother has passed away peacefully at Agincourt Care Home on 23rd November 2012, aged 95 years. The Funeral Service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium Chapel on Friday 30th November at 10.45am. No flowers at Izzy’s request but donations if desired may be made payable for Dementia UK and sent by cheque only, c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 130 Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth DT4 0JS.
