LYZ WARN Peacefully at Joseph Weld Hospice on 22nd July 2014, aged 65 years. Much loved wife of Peter, loving mother of Claire and Karen and a dear grandmummy to Connor, Kyle, Ashley and Toby. Funeral Service at St Peter’s Church, West Knighton on Tuesday 12th August at 11.00am. No flowers by request please, donations if wished for Weldmar Hospicecare Trust may be given at the church or sent c/o Grassby Funeral Service, 8 Princes Street, Dorchester, DT1 1TW.
