ROY COOK Much loved Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and friend, died peacefully at Joseph Weld Hospice on 6 September 2014. Please join us on Thursday 18 September, 2.30 pm at Underhill Methodist Church, Portland for a Service of Celebration followed by Anniversary Tea.
