PATRICIA ANN GRAVES Pat Pat sadly left us on Sunday 12th October 2014, aged 72. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Pat's Funeral Service will be Wednesday 22nd October at Weymouth Crematorium at 1.45pm, followed by light refreshments at Dorchester Rugby Club, Dorchester, DT1 2HX. Pat has specified that you may wear black but Must wear a item of bright clothing. Flowers welcome or donations if desired will be collected in Pat's name for 'Help for Heroes' on the day, or sent by cheque c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 31 Great Western Road, Dorchester, DT1 1UF.
