ANN CORNWALL Passed away peacefully on 18th October 2014, aged 61 years, after a long illness bravely fought, surrounded by her family. Loving wife of Derek, mum to Natasha and Nathan. Devoted grandmother to all her grandchildren. Ann's Funeral Service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 29th October at 1.45pm. No flowers by request, donations if desired may be made payable for Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and sent by cheque only c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 130 Abbotsbury Road Weymouth DT4 0JS.
