JOHN DAVID CHAPPELL Passed away peacefully at Joseph Weld Hospice on 19th March 2015, aged 71 years. Much loved husband of Christine, loving father of Lee and Steve and special grandad of Elliott, Alanna, Carissa and Tarak and brother of Jill. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Yeovil Crematorium on Tuesday 31st March at 12.40pm. Black attire not necessary. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for The Weldmar Hospicecare Trust may be given at the Service, online at dorchesterfunerals.com or sent c/o Matthew Lucas Funeral Directors, Down House, Widcombe Street, Dorchester DT1 3BS.
