POOLE PHYLLIS Passed away peacefully at home, on 21st August 2016, aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Jim, much loved mum to Pam, Val & Mike and who will be fondly remembered by all her grandchildren, great grandchildren family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 7th September at 10.45am.
