RODGERS Alan Jim Passed away peacefully At home on 2nd January 2017 aged 78 years after an illness bravely fought. A loved husband, dad and grandad who will be sadly missed by Jess and all his family and friends A service to celebrate Alan’s life will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 1st February at 1.45pm Flowers can be sent but, if preferred, a donation can be made in his memory for Fortuneswell Cancer Trust c/o Rose Funeral Service, 23 Shrubbery Lane, Wyke Regis, DT4 9LY. Miss you dad more that words can ever say. I am so, so proud of you. The pain the bore trying to be strong for those close to you. Your last few months should have been of love, comfort and support. You fought so hard. I love you dad and always will. I know in your heart you knew your battles. As you look down and shake your head, ill always remember what you said. Blood is thicker than water. Believe it dad.
