RIDGE John Frederic Peacefully at Maumbury Care Home on the 21st March 2017 aged 85 years. Loving husband of the late Patricia (Pat) Ridge and much loved Dad to Andrew, Josephine and Nicola and a wonderful grandad to Christopher, Chloe, Rebecca, Victoria and Jamie. His funeral service will be held at St George’s Church, Fordington on Friday 31st March at 9.30am followed by a private interment at Dorchester Cemetery. I have attached a lovely photo of my father, taken at Kimmeridge in the second half of the fifties, when he was a lobster fisherman for a while. The sunfish was caught accidentally, and was exhibited for many years in the Dorset County Museum.
