PALMER David John Passed away peacefully at home, aged 80 years. Much loved husband of the late Marjorie, father of Andrew and Karan-Jane and brother of John. The funeral service will be held at St Mary's Church, Dorchester on Thursday 26th October at 12 noon. Donations if desired for Fortuneswell Cancer Trust may be sent c/o Grassby Funeral Service, 8 Princes Street, Dorchester, DT1 1TW. Tel: 01305 262338

Sincere and heartfelt condolences to John, Karen and Andrew. I often chatted to Dave at Tom Browns and regularly bumped into him walking around the area. He was always so warm and cheery and full of love for his children. I have very fond memories of him driving Karan and I around various roller skating locations in the 80s. He was a really wonderful man and will be really missed. I will be thinking of you all on Thursday from Australia, with much love, Claire Hammond
