DAVIES Isobel 'Aunty Pat' Passed away peacefully at Queen Charlotte Care Home on 7th January 2018, aged 94 years. Will be missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Weymouth Crematorium on 6th February at 12.15pm. Immediate family flowers only.
