CHUBB Jennifer Passed away peacefully at Joseph Weld Hospice on 7th June 2018 aged 74. Much loved wife of Andrew, mother of Nigel and David and grandma to Finlay and Lucia. Her funeral service will take place at St Andrew's Church, Preston on Tuesday 19th June at 11.30am.
