TIZARD David John 'Tizzy' Passed away in Joseph Weld Hospice on 12th June 2018 aged 66 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A celebration of his life will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 27th June at 1.00pm Black clothing will not be necessary, at his own request, Spurs colours would be appreciated.
