CLARKE - Annie. Annie's sister Eva and her family (Canada) would like to thank Annie's friends, who attended the service at Weymouth Crematorium and for their kindness, Captain Alan Hill for conducting the service and for the donations given to The Salvation Army Weymouth Corps in memory of Annie. They would also like to thank all the staff of Day Lewis Ward - Dorset County Hospital for all their kindness and care during Annie's stay in hospital and all the staff at Primrose Lodge. Thank you to Dennis of Stockting Funeral Service for his care with the funeral arrangements.
