ALDERMAN - Frederick William Parker (Fred) - aged 87, suddenly and peacefully on June 1 2003. Beloved husband of the late Pauline, treasured father of Jacci and to Robert and adored grandpa of Findlay and Fergus. Service of Thanksgiving at St Peter's Church, Dorchester on Tuesday 10 June at 2.30pm. All welcome after the service at Southfield House, South Walks Road for refreshments. ROBERTS - Trudy. Peacefully at home on June 3 2003. Devoted wife of Gary, most precious mother to Kelly and a loving daughter. Funeral arrangements later.

THOMPSON - John Harold. Affectionately known by his friends as "Mick". Died peacefully at his home, Fairway Court, on 30 May, aged 80 years. Husband of the late Joan; brother of the late Doris Ralph; Uncle of Richard and dear friend of Ivy. His funeral service will be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Tuesday 10 June at 11.30am.
