BIRCH - Aviv. On February 23 2004 suddenly but peacefully at Dorset County Hospital, aged 79 years. Much loved wife of Ron, mother of Martin and Stephen, granny of Rebecca, Christian, Dominic and Charlotte, daughter of Dorothy and aunt of Ann. Private cremation will be followed by Service of Thanksgiving at St. Andrew's Church, Preston, Weymouth on Tuesday 2 March at 2.30pm.
