CHESHIRE - David Anthony (Tony). Heather, Chris and family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and flowers received during their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to all at Dalston Surgery, The Eden Valley Hospice and Caldbeck District Nurses for their excellent care and attention. Thank you for donations to Eden Valley Hospice Thanks also to Rev David Crouchley for his kind words and to the Co-operative for all the funeral arrangements. Tony fought his illness with great strength, courage and determination. He never once lost hope, nor his sense of humour, he was an inspiration to us all and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Loved and remembered always.
