REG DIDCOCK I think of you in silence I often speak your name, I feel again that bitter blow That never should have come.

Each morning when I awake I know that you are gone, But no one knows my heartache As I try to carry on.

No farewell words were spoken No time to say goodbye, You were gone before I knew it And only God knows why.
