BEST - Joan, peacefully on Saturday 15th January 2005, aged 86. Daughter of Mr and Mrs F.A. Hellaby of Auckland, New Zealand and beloved wife of the late Rear Admiral Tom Best. Much loved and loving mother of Rupert, Joanna and James, mother-in-law of Maggie, Tom and Sara, and grandmother of Felicity, Alison, Matthew, Sarah, Maryrose, William, Amelia, Harry and Tom. Private family funeral. Service of Thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Beaminster, at 2.30pm on Friday 18th February.
