RICK STUART Died peacefully in Dorset County Hospital on 16th February 2005 after a long illness. Rick's Family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr Bowditch, the District Nurses and Staff at Preston Road Surgery, the Staff at Dorchester Diabetic Centre and all the Nurses on Abbotsbury Ward for their care and compassion.
