MICHAEL HETHERINGTON Sara, Emma, Dean, Jake & Max would like to thank everybody who attended Mike's funeral on Tuesday 8th February 2005. Thanks also for the cards, flowers and support we have received from family, friends and all Mike's workmates at Cullen Builders, it has been overwhelming. Special thanks to Jane Cotton & staff of Cotton & Son, Father Richard Harper for the service, Redlands for the wonderful hospitality and also all the nurses who cared for Mike during his illness from Joseph Weld Hospice and Castleview nursing home. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks to you all.
