JEFFERY EDWARD BOLT Ted and Hazel, Alison and Rebecca, Rosalind and John wish to express their heartfelt thanks to family and friends who attended the service at Weymouth Crematorium. For all the cards, letters, messages received and for all the donations received at this sad time. Grateful thanks to Staff at A&E, EMU and CCU, Dorset County Hospital. Thanks also to the paramedics and the two ladies who helped Jeff. Special thanks to Jane Cotton and Staff for the funeral arrangements. Thanks also to Father Danny Evans for the lovely service.
