BERYL RAYMENT BURT The family of the late Beryl Rayment Burt would like to thank all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours for their messages of sympathy and support, flowers and donations given in memory of Beryl and all who attended her funeral service. Our sincere thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of Dorset County Hospital, Prince Of Wales ward and Renal Dialysis Unit for their compassionate nursing care of Mother during her long illness. Thanks to Linda and the Social Services care team for their sterling work. Grateful thanks to dear Jean for her support and understanding throughout a lifetime.
