SARAH-JANE LUXTON Passed away, aged 48 on 8th September at Joseph Weld Hospice. Beloved daughter of Jo and the late Melvin; partner of John; sister of Robert, Mark and Joanne; sister in law to Lynn, Michelle and Trefor. Her funeral service will be held at Weymouth Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 15th September at 12.15pm followed by interment in Weymouth Cemetery. Casual dress please.
