TOM STEWART After a long battle with Cystic Fibrosis, Tom passed peacefully away at Poole General Hospital, on the 21st September, 2005, aged 18. Loving son of Tam and Liz and brother to Claire. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at All Saints Church, Easton, Portland on Friday 30th September at 10.30am, followed by cremation at Weymouth Crematorium.
