- Vera. The family of the late Vera Pearce would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service, for all the cards and messages of sympathy received and for all the donations to the Dorset Deaf Childrens Society. We would also like to thank the staff of the Evergreen Unit who cared for Vera, Helen Allen of Co-operative Funeralcare and Rev'd Rosemary Bassett for their care and consideration during this time.
