Our precious baby daughter Isabel, born 25th May 2006, bravely gave us special moments and said goodbye to us on 4th June. You gave us a lifetime of love and memories, and you will always be our sleeping beauty. Bye bye, angel. Loving you forever, Mummy, Daddy, Adam, Jamie, Chloe and Owen. xxx
