Passed away peacefully on 15th April, 2007, at Dorset County Hospital.
Dearly loved and loving dad and grandad and a good friend to many.
His funeral service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Tuesday 24th April at 4.00pm.
As Reg was Chelsea's number 1 fan the family would like everyone to wear blue if possible.
