DAVID HOOPER  Sheila and family of David would like to thank everyone who attended his funeral service, for the many cards & messages of sympathy and also generous donations for the Parkinsons Society.  Our thanks also to Rev'd Nigel Tooth for the service. Many thanks to Greenbushes Nursing Home for their care of David over many years, the doctors & nurses of Trinity Street Surgery, Parkinsons Disease Specialist Nurse and to members of the local branch of The Parkinsons Disease Society.  Finally thanks to Paul Gawler and Staff at Woods Funeral service for their sympathy and compassion shown during the arrangements. And to the staff at Dorchester Town Football Club who prepared the refreshments following the service Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
