Jean, Tony and Mark would like to thank all relatives and friends for letters, cards, messages of sympathy and support received during their very sad loss.
Our grateful thanks to doctors and nurses at Dorset County Hospital for the care given to Geoff during his stay there.
Special thanks to all who attended his funeral service, gave flowers and donations to Parkinsons Disease Society in his memory, to the Reverend Anne Dunn for her lovely service and comforting words and finally our thanks to Jane Cotton of Cotton & Son for carrying out the funeral arrangements with such sensitivity.
