GREENHALGH  - Jeff. Tina, Mat and Russ wish to express their sincere thanks to relatives and friends for your messages of sympathy, for your support and good wishes. Sincere thanks to Gordon Driver, Graeme Cheshire and Jane Cotton, who all made the funeral a touching tribute to Jeff. Thanks also to staff at DCH and Joseph Weld Hospice. To all who have given donations in Jeff's memory to Weldmar Hospicecare Trust. A special thank you to Mum, Dad & Simon, your love and support has helped us through this very difficult time, love you.
