ELIZABETH BARBER (BET) Passed peacefully away at Dorset County Hospital on the 17th July 2007 aged 84 years. After a short illness bravely borne. Loving wife of the late Jack (Ali) Barber. Much loved mother to Geoffrey, David, Mona, John,  Christopher and mother-in-law to Frances, Patricia, Patricia and Roy. A loving grandmother and great grandmother. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Weymouth Crematorium on 26th July 2007 at 11.30 am. Family flowers only please, donations for Cancer Research may be sent to Stockting Funeral Service, 22 Crescent Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 7BX. From Ian Brooke Thanks to everyone who made my 65th birthday so wonderful. Friends and relatives came from all over the country as well as from Weymouth. Some that I have not seen for years and some whom I only saw the day before but who did not even give me a hint of what was in store! My love and thanks to Liz for organising the whole thing and who let me think that we were just going out for lunch with the grandchildren. Thank you all!
