GRACE MARY CREESE Christine and family thank most sincerely all friends and neighbours who sent cards and messages of sympathy. Thank you for the lovely flowers and to all those who attended Mother's thanksgiving service. Our grateful thanks to Dr. A. Ward, Michael Hope and team of Community Nurses for their support and kindness enabling Mother to stay at home during her illness. Thank you, Jan Hogan for your integrity, loyalty and understanding over the past years. Much gratitude to Ann Gale and her team at Occupational Therapy for their practical help and ideas enabling Mother to remain as independent and dignified as possible. A very special thank you to Mother's loyal band of carers, especially Irene Hillier for her outstanding and devoted care and Ray Cody for his cheerful encouragement. We would also like to thank Rev'd Tim West for his sympathetic help and understanding and for conducting a lovely service and to Jane Cotton for the excellent arrangements, kindness and support. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
