THOMAS RICHARD TERENCE KELLY “TERRY”  Eileen, Nicky and Mark would like to thank Dr Bowering, all the staff at Broadmayne surgery and the district nurses for all the care and kindness they gave to Terry during his long illness.  Thanks to all those who attended Terry’s funeral and to the many who sent cards and letters and donations to the Arthritis Research Campaign.  We would like to say a special thank you to Colin, Roy and John.  Thank you also to the Revd Marion Harrison for the excellent service and to Harry Barnes for the Bible reading and tribute to Terry.  Grateful thanks to Ray and Andy from the Co-operative Funeralcare for making this sad occasion so much easier for us to handle
