JAMES ARTHUR MILLER "DUSTY" The family of the late James Arthur Miller wish to express their sincere appreciation for all messages of sympathy and cards received in their recent loss. Thanks also to the many relatives and friends who attended the funeral service and for the flowers sent or donations made to the RNIB in Dad's memory. Our particular gratitude to the Rev. Dennis Ackroyd for conducting a dignified and moving service and for his visits in the final weeks of Dad's life. Our grateful appreciation to Cotton and Son for the efficient funeral arrangements, Bluebird Care Staff for helping to look after Dad in his final months and The Marquis of Granby for the excellent catering arrangements.
