Jack Manning Joan, Lindsay and family would like to thank everyone for attending Jack’s funeral service. All donations to the Alzheimer’s society or Weldmar Hospicecare Trust and all cards and letters of condolence gratefully received. Many thanks also to all staff at Queen Charlotte care home for the care and attention shown to Jack, to Michelle Carpenter for conducting the service on the day and to Bradley and all staff at the Co-operative Funeralcare.
