PERKINS THOMAS (TOM) Jayne, Simon and families would like to thank everyone who attended the service and for all the support, cards and messages of condolence after the loss of a much loved Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad. Many thanks to everyone involved in dad's care, especially the staff at DCH on Day Lewis Ward, to Lisa and staff at Co-op Funeralcare for their help and support, to the Rev Michael Lee for a lovely service and to everyone who donated to the RNLI (Weymouth). Finally thank you to Denise for organising the lovely buffet. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
