BOAT business Prime Motor Yachts has been appointed main dealer status for Beneteau.
The dealer is based at the Old Boat Yard in Lower St Edmund Street, Weymouth.
Nick Ward and Mike Turnbull are dealer principals of Prime Motor Yachts.
Mr Ward said: "Being appointed as a Beneteau main dealer is a fantastic opportunity and makes for a very exciting future.
"Beneteau build world-class boats so this is a great step forward in terms of highlighting our commitment to quality service and support."
Mr Turnbull added: "With the extensive Beneteau range we are able to provide for both our existing and new customers' boating needs for the long term".
Prime Motor Yachts covers an area of the south coast, west of Poole to Dartmouth.
Mr Ward and Mr Turnbull say that they are able to provide a specialist service with full factory support.
Beneteau has been building boats for over 100 years, employs more than 2,000 people and produces some 4,000 boats annually.
