THERE was an excellent response at the recent Flower and Vegetable Show held at the Fox and Hounds in Cattistock. Locals brought in produce that they had grown in their gardens or in the allotments behind the Fox and Hounds. There were also entries in the handicraft, photography and home produce sections. Afterwards most of the entries were auctioned to raise money for the Intensive Care Unit at Dorchester Hospital. In total about £400 was collected from entry fees and the auction. Special thanks go to Edwin for organizing the event, to Scott and Liz for providing the venue and to Neil and Phil for running the auction.
