Busy Day!

IT LOOKS as if Saturday, November 26 is going to be a busy day in our area!

IN Frampton Village Hall on Saturday, November 26 there will be a Bingo session with ‘eyes down’ at 7.30pm.

EARLIER that day the Trustees of Frampton Village Hall are holding a Grand Xmas Bazaar from 2pm to raise funds for the day to day running of the hall. Of special interest is the 15 minute auction. This has been introduced this year for the more valuable donated items. This year there will also be a few ‘Auction Promises’ included by local people (eg dinner for four, hair styling, mow a lawn ).

Refreshments (including delicious hot soup, French bread and mulled wine) and ample car parking are available.

The entrance fee is £1 for adults. Children are admitted free.

Stalls will include Giant Tombola with fantastic prizes, bric-a-brac and collectables, second-hand books, CD’s, and records, raffles with wonderful Christmas prizes, craft stalls, jewellery, pottery, cakes and preserves, woodcrafts, children’s toys and games, and much, much more.

Do come along – there should be fun for all the family!

THERE will be a coffee morning in the Savill Hall, Cattistock, in aid of Children of Fiji on Saturday, November 26, starting at 10.30am.

Any donations of cakes or raffle prizes gratefully received.
