Classic Result for Tennis Club

CATTISTOCK Tennis Club organized a quiz in the Fox and Hounds on Friday, November 4. There was a tremendous turnout and the evening was enjoyed by all who took part in the challenge. At the same time £199.50 was raised for tennis club funds. Although a close run match, at the end of the evening the team Classic Edition won and our congratulations go to them.

Sunny Smiles on the Island of Kadavu

WE ARE still busy with charity work in Fiji. We have just returned from the island of Kadavu, where we attended the memorial service for Iva and her grandmother Sera, in whose memory the Sunny Smiles kindergarten at Nabukelevu-i-Ra was opened a year ago. Iva and Sera both lost their lives in a tragic car accident in New Zealand in 2009.
