The Elephant Man's carer
AUTHOR Steve White will talk about Sir Frederick Treves at a meeting of the Cerne Abbas Historical Society in the village hall on Thursday, June 26.
Sir Frederick was born in Dorchester in 1853 and cared for the ‘Elephant Man’ John Merrick.
Members and non-members are welcome to attend.
